This is the famous Giotto's chapel, with thousands of visitors (the good is inside!). What people don't know is that Giotto, the most important painter of his time (between 1200-1300), was not here by chance. Padua in that time was one of the leading cities in North Italy. Just before it was conquered by Venice.
