Venues
The main venue for the event will be room 1AD100 on the first floor of the Department of Mathematics (known as Torre Archimede).
For the Group work sessions, we will break out into various rooms distributed between the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Phisics and Astronomy.
Meals
Lunches from Monday September, 7 to Friday September, 11 are included and will take place in the University Canteen, next to the Department of Mathematics.
The canteen is open from 11:30 to 14:30 and offers many options, including vegetarian meals.
It is possible to get gluten-free meals as well, but they have to be booked one day in advance. Please let us know by email if you require the service.
The Welcome drink on Monday September, 7, and the Aperitivo on Wednesday September, 9, will take place in the ground floor of the Department of Mathematics.
The Social Dinner will take place on Thursday September, 10, at the Pizzeria DaPino (Via Cavour, 20, 35122 Padova).
