Some notes before filling the form:
1. Once the application is completed, you will receive an e-mail from "UserList DM" having as subject
"UserList DM - Registration to: 5th Dolomites Workshop on Constructive Approximation and Applications"
(a) The message will include a brief description of your data.
(b) Check also your spam and in case you will not get the message please inform us.
2. In case You have accompanying guests, please remember to inform us about their possible "Food Preferences".
Payments
Notice that the number of participants is limited to 120.
Fees: general registration for academics and students: to be announced.
Notice: the instructions for the payments will be communicated in a few weeks. Be patient!
