In order to register to the conference, please do the following:
- fill this form for the conference registration;
- if your talk was accepted, please send the complete paper to efi9@uniba.it
- pay the conference fee by following the instructions below.
Fees for participants to the conference:
- Early bird registration: until Dec. 31, 2023: fee 200 € (registration to the EFI conference 170 €, and to the EFI association 30 €)
- Late registration: after Dec. 31, 2023: fee 250 € (registration to the EFI conference 220 €, and to the EFI association 30 €)
The above registration fee includes access to the conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, journey and gala dinner.
For those participating to the EFI conference, the registration to the EFI association is compulsory.
Fees for accompanying persons:
- Early bird registration: until Jan. 22, 2024: fee 100 €
- Late registration: after Jan. 22, 2024: fee 150 €
The above registration fee includes access to the journey and gala dinner.
The total fee (200-250 € for participants, 100-150 € for accompanying persons) must be paid by wire transfer to the following bank account. Notice that other payment methods, including on-site payment by cash or card, cannot be accepted.
